Our Sourcing Story

Upcycled biomass fuel

We reclaim discarded peanut shells from Indonesian farms, converting agricultural waste into high-density industrial briquettes without cutting a single tree.

Rooted in Indonesia

Reclaiming agricultural waste

Every year, Indonesian peanut harvests leave tons of shells behind. We partner directly with local farming communities to collect this discarded material, creating a reliable secondary income stream while clearing agricultural residue.

By turning agricultural byproducts into high-performance fuel, we keep carbon cycles tight and support rural economies with structured, sustainable commerce.

/ The Sourcing Cycle

From harvest to heat

Raw shells are gathered, cleaned, and sun-dried before entering our facility. Under extreme mechanical pressure, the natural lignins in the peanut shells bind the fibers into dense, uniform briquettes without chemical additives.

The resulting fuel burns longer and cleaner than traditional wood charcoal, providing industrial boilers with high-calorie heat and exceptionally low ash residue.

Partner Farmers

We source exclusively from agricultural waste. Every ton of our briquettes directly replaces wood charcoal, halting industrial demand for forest timber.

Our circular sourcing model provides direct, reliable income to hundreds of farming families across Central Java, turning a disposal problem into financial resilience.
